What a marvellous third day of the Dr.Evil race! In perfect conditions we set out at 7:30 in the second starting group – and this as well as the training on the previous two days seems to have helped: without really pushing hard I managed to slice off a good half hour compared to last year’s result for the Karoo to Coast, finishing in 5h 19 sec (thanks to Racetec for electronic timing).<\/p>\n

Was f\u00fcr ein fantastischer dritter Tag des Dr. Evil Radrennens! Topfit fuhren wir um 7:30 im zweiten Startteam los. Die Startposition mag ebenso geholfen haben wie die zwei vorangegangenen Trainingstage. Ohne \u00dcberanstrengung schaffte ich die Strecke in 5 Stunden 19 Minuten (Dank \u201eRacetec\u201c elektronisch nachvollziehbar), einer halben Stunde weniger als im letzten Jahr beim \u201eKaroo to Cost\u201c-Rennen.<\/p>\n
